City Destinations Alliance (= CDA)
c)CityDA – [City Destinations Alliance]를 출범시킨 Hamburg대회 참가자
여러해 동안 사용한 [ECM=European City Marketing / 유럽도시 마켓팅]은 2007년에 EFCT (European Federation of Conference Towns)와 ECT (European Cities Tourism)가 병합하여 만들어졌으며, 공동으로 회원도시들의 관광과 컨벤션에 있어서 판촉과 연결을 하는 협력체이었다. 새로 2022년 3월 31일부터 [City Destinations Alliance]로 개명이 되었다.
특별 회원으로 UNWTO (World Tourism Organization)와 JMIC (Joint Meeting Industry Council)이며 리서치 파트너로는 ETC (European Travel Commission), 비엔나 Modul University (사립) 및 MKG Hospitality이다.
추진 사업으로는 현재 약 30 회원도시들의 [City Cards], [ETOA = European Tour Operators Ass.]와 협동으로 추진하는 워크숍 [City Fair, www.cityfair.travel]이 있다. 또 1986년에 설립된 학습 세미나 [ECM Summer School]이 매년 개최되고 있다. 금년 8월말에는 [CityDNASummerSchool] 로 이탈리아 Turin/Torino에서개최될 예정이다.
운영조직은 회장 밑에 관광 담당 부회장 1인, 컨벤션 담당 부회장 1인, 회계 그리고 9인의 위원이 있다. 운영조직도 약간 변동이 예상된다. 이 조직체의 본부는 프랑스의 디종(Dijon)에 있다. / https://citydestinationsalliance.eu
